Gene ontology ID
GO:0075106
Definition
Any process in which the symbiont modulates the frequency, rate or extent of the host adenylate cyclase activity, which involves catalysis of the reaction: ATP = 3',5'-cyclic AMP + diphosphate. The host is defined as the larger of the organisms involved in a symbiotic interaction
Comment
Note that this term is used to annotate gene products of the symbiont. To annotate host gene products, consider the biological process term "modulation by host of symbiont adenylate cyclase activity ; GO:0075075".
