At three weeks, residual activities are inversely proportional to their associated storage temperatures, with activity being reduced to 84, 77, 75 and 64% at temperatures of -80, -20, 4 and 25°C, respectively. Activity remained relatively stable from 4-8 weeks at temperatures of -80, -20 and 25°C. In contrast, samples stored at 4°C exhibit an additional about 10% decrease in activity during this time.
